When I think back to being a young girl. I used to imagine how my life would be like when I grow up. I remember thinking, when I am older I will have a husband and own a home with that big back yard. Maybe even a two-story home because I had never lived in one. I also pictured the number of children I would have. I could imagine my life being complete with three or maybe four children. That was how I saw my life going but as we all know life is hard and can take us in unexpected directions. So here I am now writing this post at 4;30am in the morning as my long-time fiancé gets ready for another day of work. Two children are in our bed, they must have snuck in at sometime during the night again. But here I am awake, typing and thinking about how different the life I imagined as a little girl was and the life I have now is. The two are completely different but I wouldn’t change a thing.
