I am not a stranger to pregnancy.
This is pregnancy number #5 after all. I guess I would be considered some sort of pro at the whole pregnancy thing by now. That is why I am sharing with you my Top Pregnancy must haves that I believe every pregnant mummy or mummy to be should have. They are my go to, reach for items of every pregnancy.
While I am writing about pregnancy, I would like to add that I am defiantly in no way qualified to give medical advice. Rather I like to share just from personal experience. If you are in any doubt you should always seek the advice from medical professional.

These are my 7 Pregnancy Must haves
1 . A Good Pregnancy Multi-Vitiam
Having a good pregnancy Multi-vitiam is something you need to look into when you start trying for a baby. Or even when your not trying and discover that your pregnant. You can ask your doctor or Pharmacist for recommendations and go from their. While the better quality pregnancy Multi-vitiams can be a bit heavy on your wallet they are well worth it. By starting to take a good pregnancy multi-vitiam as early on as possible in your pregnancy journey you are laying a great foundation into the care of your baby.
2 . A Pregnancy Tracking App
Gone are the days of buying pregnancy books, although they can still be very helpful. There is now hundreds of Pregnancy Tracking Apps available at your finger tips. I currently have been using two that I am very impressed with. They help with information about the development of your baby, as well helping to schedule all things pregnancy related. Some apps even have a baby name section on them and contraction timers that are so helpful when labour comes along. I personally use Ovia Pregnancy and Pregnancy Plus at the moment. Both are very helpful and I just couldn’t decided between the two.
3 . A Pregnancy Pillow
Bedtime and trying to get to sleep with a growing pregnant belly can be uncomfortable. This is where a pregnancy pillow can be a lifesaver. While with my first two pregnancy I thought them to be a complete waste of money, I gave in and bought one for my third pregnancy. I can tell you it was the best money I had every spent on a pregnancy item. They are designed to support the weight of your growing back and help with posture and sleep position. It relieves the pressure and strain pregnancy places on your back and pelvis. Helping to let you get a better night sleep. I suggest purchasing one from a baby store as they are the best quality you can get.
4 . Good Quality Pregnancy Active Wear
It doesn’t matter if you workout or not. I highly suggest looking into some good quality maternity active wear. They are deigned to be extra supportive and accommodate for a growing belly. I prefer my active wear legging over my standard maternity leggings, I feel as if my growing belly is more supported and the material of the legging is soft buy a lot more durable. I also love the extra support of a good quality of a good quality maternity crop, more so later in pregnancy as breastmilk begins to come in and breast become bigger.
5 . A Good Body Moisturiser
I am one of those pregnant mums that has extra dry skin during pregnancy. That is why investing in a good quality all over body moisture is a big must on my pregnancy list. Not only can moisturiser help in reducing the amount of stretch marks that may develop it also is good at keeping your skin hydrated and healthy. My skin personally become so dry that I need to apply it every morning and night but it is worth looking after your skin during pregnancy.
6 . Comfy Maternity Clothes
As your bump grows you are going to need to purchase maternity clothes. It doesn’t have to be expensive but try and find some comfy maternity clothing. As you get bigger you will car more about just being comfortable more then style. I know I do, especially in those last couple of months. I also have a maternity dress and loose fitting shirts as well as some tank tops in my maternity wardrobe. That way depending on how I feel I have myself pretty much covered for clothing vs mode everyday. Along with the maternity active wear leggings the wardrobe is compete for everyday of pregnancy. I find that more comfy range I have to choose from the less likely I will be to raid my fiancé clothing for comfy clothes later on.
7 . SRC Leggings & Belly Surport Bands
These are a life saver if you experience back or hip pain. The more pregnancies you have the more likely you are to experience pain early on. Even more so if you have pregnancies very close together. These supports are designed to help relieve the weight off your spine, help with any instability in the pelvis. I struggled through my second pregnancy having pelvic instability and it was so bad that some days I didn’t want to even get out of bed. In my third pregnancy I had a maternal health nurse suggest these product to me and they where a game changer. Although the better quality ones come with expensive price tag they are well worth there weight in gold.
